Did I tell you about how pot saved my brother's life?

Anonymous

New York |  I'm pretty sure I did, but if not, here goes: My brother had been applying himself really hard at work recently, and he had been going in early every morning for the past couple of weeks. However, one Tuesday morning in September he decided to do a few bong-hits before work. As a result, he left his apartment a little later than usual, and when he got to the turnstile at his subway station, he saw that his train was already in to the station, its doors wide open. He could have made the train by running for it, but instead, he decided to enjoy his high and to wait for the next train. When he got to his subway stop downtown, someone told him that the World Trade Center had been hit by a plane. In fact, it was the tower where he worked on the 96th floor. Everyone he worked with who was in the building that morning died. My brother narrowly escaped being trapped in his office, or in an elevator, in the WTC on 9-11, and it's quite possible that he wouldn't be here today if he hadn't taken that bong hit. This is one of the luckiest stories about a green plant since the tale of the four-leaf clover.
